• Last year group Turn Over is 230 Million INR
• New unit will be on at chakan phase II Area around 65000 sq.ft., starts from Nov 2013

Organization Structure

FORMING / BENDING :
Four side gauging is to be done in forming tool to avoid variation in height. Functional key dimension is to be controlled by poka yoke in forming tool and fixture.

Welding Capability & Capacity

• ■ Presently we are doing almost 7000 meter welding per month
• ■ 14 nos. of welding machine, which include 400 amps. & 600 amps ( m/c make –ESSAB)
• ■ Max capacity of weld is 600 amps.
• ■ Capacity of welding is @ 18000 meter/ month considering present available machine
• ■ 60 % of welding capacity is free
• ■ All welders are qualified at 1G & 2G position according section 9.
• ■ Third party qualified certification is available
• ■ Shielding Gas –Co2 & Argon Mixture
• ■ If required radio grapy & distractive test can be conduct, for process effectiveness.
